Good Morning Chefs and Buyers!


Tuna #2 and Fresh Crab Meat will not be available this weekend. Sorry, we learned recently that it is spawning season for Crabs so they will be very limited in availability. Wild Striped Bass will be tight this weekend as well.



We have brought in some beautiful Golden Tilefish from North Carolina. The Golden Tilefish is very colorful in appearance. It also tastes as great as is looks.







Razor Clams are available tomorrow as well. Razor Clams are responsibly harvested in Maine. The flavor of the meat is sweet with a nice tender consistency.







Nantucket Bay Scallops are almost finished for the year. We will have some of the last shipments available this weekend. Nantucket Bay Scallops have a great sweet flavor, and they are so fresh that you can eat them raw on the spot.






We also have Halibut from Nova Scotia, Jumbo Black Sea Bass from Virginia, 16/20 Fresh Gulf Shrimp and plenty of Red Maine Shrimp is available for this weekend. Contact Wild Edibles for more information.
