Wild Edibles Newsletter 3-22-2013

Good Morning Chefs and Buyers!

It’s cold today… But it’s sunny! We will be closed March 31, 2013 for Easter Sunday. Please plan accordingly and order extra on Saturday.

Lobster prices are high and supply will be tight this weekend. We will not have any Tuna #2 in stock this weekend. There will only be #1 and #2+ available. Mahi-Mahi will not be available as well.

We brought in some Wester Ross Salmon from the Farrow Islands today. We will have the Ora King Salmon from New Zealand available too.

We have a shipment of Razor Clams from Maine tonight. They were delayed, but they will be available for tomorrow morning.

We received shipments of Beau Soleil, Fire River, Wellfleet, and Blue Points for East Coast Oysters.

American Red Snapper from Florida is available this weekend. Halibut from Nova Scotia and Fluke from Long Island are also in stock. Wild Striped Bass from Virginia is going to still be at a great price this weekend so take advantage of a great product at a low price.
