Great news……it looks like we are in store for a beautiful Holiday Weekend !!! Our buyers have brought in some fantastic seafood to offer to your customers as they celebrate with their friends and family.
Pictured left is magnificent Day Boat Gloucester Cod which are running 10 # and up. For some 400 years commercial fishing has sustained this Massachusetts community where hundreds of seafood processors, wholesalers, and distributors make a living off the waterfront.
Razor Clams have just arrived in our warehouse. They would make for a great Holiday appetizer selection. These delicacies are great baked, fried or grilled.
Wow….these Sweet Maine Shrimp look stunning this morning!!! This will be “last call” for these chef favorites as the season has ended. We have a limited supply, so call our office today to reserve your portion.
We have a nice selection of Halibut from Canada that would make for a wonderful seafood special for your weekend menus.
