At the market this morning Grouper, Mahi, Wild Stripe Bass, and 16/20 fresh shrimp weren’t available. It is looking like we will be able to secure Wild Striped Bass, Grouper, and 16/20 fresh shrimp later in the week.
In the house this morning from the market is beautiful fresh squid.
We also have Hake in house today which is a great sub from Cod or Pollock. These fish are weighing around 10lbs today.
Jumbo Black Sea Bass is in the warehouse today and they look beautiful.
Today we have Market Cod in house and they are head on. They are at the most 6-7 lbs each.
We are getting a shipment of Blackfish coming in tonight. We will have Halibut, Tilefish, and Swordfish. Please contact your account representative with any questions you might have.
