At the market this morning Grouper, Mahi, Wild Stripe Bass, and 16/20 fresh shrimp weren’t available. It is looking like we will be able to secure Wild Striped Bass, Grouper and 16/20 fresh shrimp later in the week.
We brought in fresh squid from the market this morning.
We also have Hake in house today, which is a great sub for Cod or Pollock. These fish are weighing around 10lbs today.
We also have Jumbo Black Sea Bass is in. Looking beautiful.
Today we have a special Market Cod in house and they are head on, a lot smaller. They are at the most 6-7 lbs each.
We are bringing in a shipment of Blackfish tonight. We will have Halibut, Tilefish and Swordfish as well. Please contact your account representative with any questions you might have.
