7.10.12

Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,

We brought in some wonderful items this morning.  Farmed Coho Salmon from British Columbia look amazing.  They are 6 to 9 pounds, already gutted, and have a nice low price.  We also got in more Wild King Salmon from California.  These fish are extremely fresh and weigh between 9 and 12 pounds.  Alaska sent more Wild Sockeye Salmon our way too.  They are 4 to 7 pounds and look great.

It looks like Monkfish is going to be tight for a few months.  This is the time of year when the only thing available will be by-catch from Scallop boats.  Speaking of Scallops; Cape May is sending us more super fresh 10/20 and U/10's tonight.  Sea Trout (Weakfish) from waters off the Carolina's look fantastic and are between 4 and 6 pounds.  We are running a special on Center-Cut Swordfish.  The price is only $9.75.  Get it while you can, because they are sure to fly out the door.

Our 3/4 Chilean Turbot came in as scheduled and is lovely as always.  We are seeing Whitebait with a little more consistency of late.  New Brunswick, Canada has more of those delicious Fire River Oysters heading our way for tomorrow morning delivery.
