Good morning chef’s & buyers,


Our buyer saw the first shot of soft shell crabs this morning at the market. Please be advised for a dozen soft shells they will cost well over $100.00. With that being said please place your orders in advance because this is going to be a hot item.







We also have Gloucester Cod in today. This species lives in cold waters and deep regions of the North Atlantic. Cod is a mild tasting fish with dense flaky meat. A great choice for any meal.






We have beautiful Wild striped bass coming in from Virginia. Wild striped bass has a very clean and mild flavor with meat that has a firm texture.






We have beautiful skate cheeks coming in from Massachusetts this morning.

Good Morning Chefs and Buyers:


We have  razor clams in from Maine. Razor clams also known as the Atlantic JackKnife clam because of its shape can be on the North American Atlantic Coast from Canada to South Carolina as well as Europe.





We also have Gloucester Cod in today. This species lives in cold waters and deep regions of the North Atlantic. Cod is a mild tasting fish with dense flaky meat. A great choice for any meal.






Coming in from Florida Sturgeon are bottom feeders, shortnose sturgeon eat a variety of organisms. Using their barbels to locate food and their extendable mouths to then vacuum it up, they eat sludge worms, aquatic insect larvae, plants, snails, shrimp, and crayfish.






Fresh Halibut available, as we all know this is a lean fish with a mild sweet tasting white flesh, with large flakes and a firm but tender texture.  This is a favorite among fish lovers because of its great taste and high nutritional value.

Live Scallops In The Shell- From Massachusetts

Live Scallops need no introduction as to how delicious they are. The soft fleshy texture and delicately mild sweet flavor of scallops are enjoyed even by those who are not particularly fond of fish or shellfish. Once shucked expect a size of approximately a 10/20 Scallop.


Fresh Octopus- In from Long Island

After tenderized this local octopus is a delectable treat.









John Dory- In from Long Island

Even though a by-catch of squid John Dory is a mild white fleshed fish.









Shad Roe- In from Connecticut

Right now when shad migrate upriver to spawn they're culled not only for their bony, white fillets but for their crimson roe.

Wild Striped Bass

We have beautiful fish coming in from Virginia. Wild striped bass has a very clean and mild flavor with meat that has a firm texture.






Icelandic Cod

Icelandic Cod is a deep-water fish, living at 1,300 feet or more on both sides of the Atlantic. Cod is one of several ground fish species, meaning that they live on the seafloor.







Red Grouper

Groupers belong to one of the largest and most widely distributed families of fish, the sea basses. Red grouper (Epinephelus morio) is the most frequently seen grouper in the marketplace and is valued for its availability, flavor and size.






Sturgeon

ocean to the bay,  this is making it very difficult to catch. But fear not, we have plenty of standards like

Jumbo Black Sea Bass and Cobia to the exotic Stealhead Trout!


TRIGGERFISH –FROM MASSACHUSETTS  (ONLY 60LB COMING TONIGH SO PUT YOUR ORDER IN EARLY FOR THIS ONE!)
It has some of the richness you get from a Sea Bass but not as oily.






JUMBO BLACK SEA BASS- FROM CAROLINAS

Rich and complex flavor with a delicate, yet firm, refined texture.














COBIA-FROM PANAMA

It is mild flavored, so can be used in a wide variety of dishes from pastas to curries and beyond.







STEALHEAD TROUT- FROM ICELANDIA

Steelhead has a mild trout taste with tender, flaky and soft flesh and delicate flakes.
