Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,
 
A new week is upon us.  I'm sure the busy weekend wiped you out of inventory like it did to us.  We stocked up on wonderful items and have more great stuff on it's way here.  Dayboat 10/20 and U/10 Scallops from Cape May, NJ came in.  Also from New Jersey, we are getting another shipment of the Live Rainbow Trout.  These fish each weigh 11 to 13 ounces each and are still flopping around in the truck when we pick them up.  Local Blackfish are incredibly fresh today.  Soft-Shell Crabs of all sizes look great and are working their way up the coast to Maryland.  Please note that it looks like Swordfish is going to be very limited for the next few days.
 
Trap season is open in Massachusetts.  This means we are seeing fantastic Jumbo Black Sea Bass and Squid.  Wild Striped Bass prices are holding and the fish look terrific.  Red Drum came in again from North Carolina.  The fish are huge.  We are happy to cut you whatever size fillet you need.  Our Cod are currently Dayboat fish from Iceland.  However, Dayboat's in New England are back up and running tomorrow.  We should start to see them by the end of the week. 
 
Crayfish from California are on their way here.  These green treats are going to move fast.  I recommend ordering them early.  Beautiful Sturgeon from Florida is readily available.  We also brought in more 8 to 10 pound Golden Tilefish.  16/20 Fresh Shrimp from the Gulf are perfect as always.  Louisiana Lump and Jumbo Lump Crabmeat is delicious this morning.  Rock Shrimp are swimming too deep for the nets to catch them.  This happens periodically and is usually only a short term problem.
 
We are getting Halibut from Alaska tomorrow.  These fish are expected to be 10 to 20 pounds each.  Panama sent us great items this morning.  Black Grouper are nice and fresh and weigh between 5 and 8 pounds,  Mahi Mahi are head off and gutted.  They are on the small side though.  Sepia from Portugal look great as well.
