Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,
It's a new week. The incredible weather is sure to fill up the seats. We brought in gorgeous Dayboat U/10 and 10/20 Scallops from New Jersey this morning. Local Dory looks great today. The fish are quite big at around 5 pounds each. Local Swordfish is set to arrive tonight. These local fish are always fantastic quality.
Albacore came in this morning from North Carolina. We don't have that much, so please place your orders early. Jumbo Black Sea Bass is supposedly going to be back tomorrow. Cod is looking like it is going to be an issue for at least a few days. Wild Striped Bass out of Delaware are really fresh today. We have a very little bit of Razor Clams in from Maine. We suggest ordering them early.
Soft-Shell Crabs look terrific this morning. All sizes are currently available. Florida sent us amazing Golden Tilefish today. They are 6 to 10 pounds each and couldn't be nicer. 16/20 Fresh Gulf Shrimp are perfect as usual today too.
