3.20.12

Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,

We brought in some wonderful items this morning for your customers to enjoy.  And maybe you can sneak some your way after service.  Local Dory came in today.  They are about 2 to 3 pounds each.  Fresh Octopus from Long Island is back.  They are anywhere from 2 to 4 pounds.  We tracked down some Bluefish.  These local fish have been scarce lately.  Dayboat Fluke from Long Island looks like a great option this morning.  Cape May, NJ sent us incredibly fresh U/10 and 10/20 Dayboat Scallops.  We are also set to receive U/10 Scallops with Roe tomorrow.

It looks like Stone Crab Claw season is over.  We had a good run, though.  Please plan accordingly.  Our delivery of West Coast Oysters went down without a hitch and we are well stocked on everything you'll need.  Mahi Mahi is set to arrive tonight and hopefully we'll be able to drop the price a bit.

More gorgeous Razor Clams are here today with more on the way.  All-Leg Crabmeat is also set to arrive tonight.  It looks like Lobster prices are going to continue to rise.  Please note changes on the price list to avoid a surprise.

Have a great day.
