6/15/11

Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,

We have some amazing Local items for you to enjoy today.  We got in more of that beautiful Local Swordfish.  The quality remains excellent.  Local Yellowfin Tuna also came in on the same jam packed boat.  Fantastic Fluke from Long Island showed up overnight.  We have these incredibly fresh fish in every size.  We also have some of those delightful Razor Clams from Long Island as well.  These are sure to make a terrific special.

Not to be outdone, New England came up big today with stunningly fresh Dayboat Monkfish from MassachusettsMaine also sent us wonderful looking Steamer Clams which are a guaranteed hit on any plate.  Canada and Florida felt a little left out and sent us some great stuff as well.  Amazing Dayboat Halibut from Nova Scotia arrived and couldn't be fresher.  Florida sent us some Fresh, never frozen Rock Shrimp that smell incredible.

Now onto the Salmon:  We have great looking Scottish Salmon in today.  They are coming in between 11 and 13 pounds.  We also have Alaskan King Salmon available.  These beauties are Troll Caught and look like they were swimming this morning.

We are expecting to get Guatemalan Mahi Mahi tonight.  The quality of these Mahi has been flawless and I'd expect the same great fish tonight.  Australian Hiramasa is here.  These terrific tasting and versatile fish are averaging 5 to 7 pounds each.  Tomorrow is Thursday and you know what that means; Portuguese Sardines will be arriving tonight for delivery tomorrow morning.  Don't miss out on these treats as they only arrive once a week.
