Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,

The weekend is almost here.  Be sure to stock up on everything you'll need to make it through the busy weekend.  If you do get caught in a pinch, don't forget that we are open on Sunday.  We got more Local Hiramasa (Yellowtail) in today.  They are beautiful fish again and are hook and line caught.  Fresh 16/20 Shrimp from Florida arrived this morning and look great.  Wild Cobia is here.  The fish couldn't be fresher.  Brazilian Rouget (Red Mullet) came in this morning.  They look fantastic.  We tracked down some more Golden Tilefish from Florida.  The bright red gills and bright coloring guarantees great quality.  We also have wonderful Blackfish from South Carolina coming in daily.

We have Hard-Shell Blue Crabs from Maryland.  We also are stocking up on all sizes of Soft-Shell Crabs for the weekend.  The quality of both is terrific.  The season is in full swing.  You can expect great quality Crabs for the months to come!

We have gorgeous Sow Hake in from Massachusetts.  They are averaging over 15 pounds.  Imported Sardines from Portugal are here.  They are unavailable early in the week.  Now is the perfect time to stock up.  We are expecting to get in more #1 Tuna tonight.  My buyer tells me to expect beautiful fish.  Stunningly fresh Jumbo Fluke arrived this morning.  The price has gone up a hair, but the fish is amazing.

Unfortunately, miserable weather has halted production of East Coast Uni from Maine.  There won't be any available for about 2 months.  We are hoping to track down some West Coast Uni to hold us over.  Also, All-Leg Crabmeat won't be available until the middle of next week.  Please plan accordingly.  We also aren't seeing any Black Seabass around.  When we find some, we will be sure to let you know.
