Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,

 

It is a perfect day outside.  Hopefully this will fill up your seats tonight.  We have some wonderful Local items for you today.  We have gorgeous King Mackerel.  They have bright red gills and look incredibly fresh.  We got in more South Carolina Blackfish.  A lot of you seem to love it and the quality is excellent.  Amazingly fresh Sushi Fluke from Long Island showed up this morning.  They look great.  We also have some very nice Gloucester Cod in house.  Don't miss out on these.  They look great and the price is probably going to go up soon.

 

Massive Pacific Black Grouper are here.  They look amazing.  We are expecting to get in Florida Sturgeon and 1 to 2 pound Pink Snappers tonight.  The quality lately has been superb on both and should continue to stay that way. 

 

We got in some lovely Tuna today.  It has a great color to it and smells great.  Fresh Alaskan Spot Prawns are also available.  They are a head off U/10 size.  We have incredibly fresh Kumomoto Oysters from Washington and our Bluepoints can't be beat.
