Wild Edibles Seafood Update

Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,
Happy Columbus Day, on this holiday we are hard at work finding you stellar fish for your week.  Today we have brought in some Coho Salmon from Alaska, and some Irish farm raised Steelhead trout.  We have brought in some monster Escolar, the fish where about 60lbs each, and looking really nice.  Striped Bass price is starting to ease back down as the weekend  weather proved beneficial to the fisherman.

Tomorrow we will be getting a new batch of the Chilean Turbo, this fish is in season now and showing up plump and juicy.   Weather has effected the production of Maine All Leg meat, we have out for the last few days, we were informed today that production has begun again and we should see some new product arriving Wednesday night.

Other items include:  Mahi-Mahi, Uni, Swordfish, Hiramasa, and, Black Seabass.
