Wild Edibles Seafood Update

Dear Chefs and Buyers,

For the fall menu's we have brought in a perfect item, the Pumpkin Swordfish needs little introduction.  Caught on The flesh of this swordfish acquire a orange tint, from their large diet of shrimp.  This Marker is gleaming and begging to be but on your weekend menu.  Opah racks arrived this morning and is looking unreal, try some Moonfish for a change of pace.  We have American Farm raised Sturgeon that arrived, this bullets are about 12-20lbs of beauty.  Golden Tile landings are up so the quality of this bad boy is stellar.  We also landing some sweet little Whitebait.

Other notables are Australian Hiramasa, jumbo Fluke, 16/20 fresh shrimp, Chilean Turbot, Mahi-Mahi, Corvina, and, Black Seabass.
