Wild Edibles Seafood Update

Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,

Today we have some local treats, Weakfish or Sea Trout has arrived from a friend in New Jersey.  We also have a limited amount of Maine Razor Clams coming in tonight.  Also Arriving tomorrow are some Turbot from Chile, sized 2-4 these fish are a beauty.

Our local 16/20 fresh shrimp from South Carolina are worth a mention, they showed up pristine white, and, are an excellent buy.  Halibut has been running great as of late, though the price is up the quality of the fish is truly amazing.  Wild Stripe Bass continues to be tight, we have had fish but the price is very high.  We are waiting for arrivals fro the south to increase the size of the fish and bring the price down.  We will keep you updated when that occurs.

Corvina is looking great, as is Black Sea, Steamer Clams are around, as are Taylor bay Scallops.
