3.6.12

Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,

We brought in some wonderful Local items for you today.  The Fluke that came in from Long Island is absolutely gorgeous.  Bloody Monkfish Tails that were cut this morning are in from Long Island too.  They are about 5 pounds each.  We have some Local Swordfish coming in tonight.  Unfortunately, it looks like we still can't find any #2 Tuna anywhere.  Barnegat Bay, New Jersey sent us beautiful 10/20 and U/10 Scallops this morning.

Pompano is available for tomorrow.  The fish are about 2 to 3 pounds each and are coming to us from Florida.  Florida also sent us more lovely Sturgeon.  These fish are around 10 pounds.  Moving a little up the coast, North Carolina is sending us 8 to 12 pound Golden Tilefish.  The last time we brought them in from Carolina they were perfect fish.

Dungeness Crabs from California are coming in this afternoon.  They average around 2 to 3 pounds.  Head off Guatemalan Mahi Mahi is always beautiful when it comes our way.  They are set to arrive tonight.  We haven't seen a lot of Jumbo Black Sea Bass lately, but we are hopeful to get some for tomorrow.  We have Dayboat East Coast Canadian Halibut coming in too.  These fish are anywhere from 10 to 40 pounds and are always terrific quality.

Have a great day.
