Wild Edibles gives you another treat. She's beautiful, she's exotic, she's delicious they call her Onaga!  Coming out of Florida today's fish ranges is sized from 4-6 pounds. They produce a thick large flaky white fillet and have a delectable flavor.  Onaga are prepared just like any other snapper.

The popularity of these scallops has Wild Edibles going nut trying to bring in as much Nantucket Bay Scallops that we can see in the market. The meat is actually the abductor muscle with creamy to pink flesh and elastic to the touch. Flavor is mild and sweet with the texture being firm and moist.
