Wild Edibles Seafood Update

Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,

 

We would like to start today thinking of Valentine's Day, we are bringing in lovely specials.  The mildly heart shaped turbot is a great option this week, sized 3-4 lbs the filets are meaty and delicious.  Nothing says VDay like some little aphrodisiac oysters, we have some sexy ones coming in including:

   

 EAST COAST:

-Bra Dor- Nova Scotia

-Nasketucket- MA

-Long Island Wild

 

WEST COAST:

-Quilcene- WA

-Discovery Bay- BC

 

We will have a bunch more coming in the end of the week we will update you on. The price of wild striped bass is down but expect it to raise as the demand grows.
