Wild Edibles Seafood Update

Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,

Hope everyone is recovering well from the big game last night.  Today we have some wonderful Mahi from the pacific, Florida red grouper is pristine, and, Spanish mackerel arrived in this morning.  Local sword markers landed today and the fish is firm with a bright red blood line, the price is up but the fish is well worth it.  Tuna catches are up and we received some great fish today.  Stripe bass has been landing lack luster catch as we see some smaller fish from MD we believe the fish will be a little difficult to source this week and we will let you know where we stand.

We also have market cod, Chilean turbot, whiting, and, east coast halibut.
