Wild Edibles Seafood Update

Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,

 

Today we need to brag about the South Carolina 16/20 shrimp.  This shrimp is very pretty coming with the head off with a great white color.  If you haven't tried these please test them out and get back to us with thoughts, we know you will love them.  We also just got a shipment of Coho Salmon that are looking great.  At this point in the season any nice Wild Salmon is a gift.  The Sword boats have caught some great Markers out on the Atlantic this week.  We receive some stellar markers and pups that are in impeccable shape with the price dropping down.  Sword Fish is a great buy this week if your looking for a good balance of quality and price. 

 

Other note worthies are: Novs Scotia Halibut, Mahi Mahi, Massachusetts Black Bass, Wild Striped Bass, and, Uni.
