Good Morning Chef’s and Buyers,


Excellent Sturgeon in house today, the lean
flesh on this fish is firm and meaty, similar in
texture to chicken breat or veal, also considered
the “Steak” of Seafood. The flesh can be
smoked, baked, fried, grilled, “blackened”,
poached or sauteed. Also Great for Awesome
Fish Tacos!


If you are looking for a choice wild fish, look no
further than the king salmon, which are the
largest and top-of-the-line among pacific
salmon species. King salmon have pronounced,
butter and rich flavor and can be enjoyed in a
variety of ways.



We Recently got lucky taking in this massive
Golden Tile fish, as expected Sold almost
immediately, new shipment in this morning
ready to go. Tile Fish is a mild tasting white fish
that mostly feed on shrimp and crab and its
sweet flavor is similar to crab or lobster.





In the warehouse today we have fresh sardines
from Portugal. The term sardine was first used
during the early 15th Century and may have
come from the Mediterranean island of
Sardinia. Fresh sardines are often grilled,
pickled, or smoked or they can be preserved in
cans. They also are rich in vitamins and mineral
as well.
