Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,


Black Cod from British Columbia is a succulent white-fish with a load of flavor.  Chefs love this fish because of its versatility in the kitchen and its flaky, silky textured flesh.  The moist white flesh is loaded with Omega3 oils.







Local Sea Trout from Long Island is ready for dinner plates. The flesh on this fish is white, sweet, lean and finely textured. The current size on the fish is between 2 -6 lbs.






Bright Red Snapper is ready for you today.  In from Florida we have sizes 6 - 8, 4 - 6, and 2 - 4 lbs.  As we all know the lean moist flesh with firm texture of this fish gives off a distinctive sweet and nutty flavor which make it versatile for many flavor components.






Fresh Jumbo Black Sea Bass is available today, its tender mouth watering flesh is fit for the most formal occasions. Their white flesh is sweet and the skin is left on and fried or crisped.

Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,


We have a fresh batch of the popular skate cheeks coming in tonight and ready for delivery tomorrow morning, a good majority of Chefs' we work with have demanded this product day in and day out, and we should be able to please everyone this week.  Skate is a very unique and popular fish with white sweet tasting flesh and has a cartilage frame rather than bones. Skate Cheeks are a really great tasting rare treat.





People just can't get enough of these Nantucket Bay Scallops, taking the prize for the best selling item for the past 3 weeks.  The neat is actually the abductor mussel with creamy to pink flesh and elastic to the touch. Flavor is mild and sweet with the texture being firm and moist.





Everyone must take advantage that we have Coho Salmon in the house today, the season will be over soon and it will difficult for everyone across the board to get any. Great looking fish with firm high fat content, the taste is pleasingly full of salmon flavor but slightly milder that that of sockeye. Take advantage NOW!




Sepia also known as cuttlefish a cross between squid and octopus in appearance. The thick meat cooks up snow white and is tender with a subtle flavor.  The tentacles are shorter that the body where the thick slices form from.

Good Morning chefs and buyers,

In the warehouse this morning from the carolina’s is beautiful golden tilefish. This fish a mild tasting fish harvested from southern New England to the Gulf of Mexico. They mainly feed on crustaceans such as shrimp and crabs, and people often describe the tilefish’s sweet flavor to as similar to crab or lobster.




Fresh sardines from Portugal are available today in the warehouse. When fresh, small sardines have a delicate flavor while larger fish have a fuller, oilier flavor similar to anchovies but milder.  In the U.S., most sardines are canned in oil or a sauce, smoked pickled, or salted. Today we offer them to you fresh.




Also in the warehouse this morning we have Red Grouper from Florida. Grouper is a member of the sea bass family and are found in tropical  temperatures worldwide. Due to their preferred habitat around coral groupers are primarily accessible by hook and line.





Wild striped bass also known as atlantic striped bass, striper, or rockfish is the state fish of Maryland, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and the state saltwater fish of New York, New Jersey and New Hampshire. The fish we have right now in house are running around 10-12 lb fish. The price of wild striped bass right now is steady and inexpensive.

Fresh Halibut available, as we all know this is a lean fish with a mild sweet tasting white flesh, with large flakes and a firm but tender texture. This is a favorite among fish lovers because of its great taste and high nutritional value.






Wild Stripe Bass fresh in this morning from Long Island, the great looking dark striped skin crisps up beautifully when cooked and tastes great. The flesh cooks up white and moist and has a firm flaky texture.




Great Sturgeon in from Florida, It has a mild delicate flavor. The Sturgeon has a very meaty firm flesh. It is the “Steak” of seafood due to its firmness when cooked.

Good Morning chefs and buyers,


Fresh Jumbo Black Sea Bass available today, its tender mouthwatering flesh is fit for the most formal of occasions. Their white flesh is sweet and the skin is often left on and fried or crisped.







We also have Coquina Clams in today. These delicious little gems are from New Brunswick Canada. In the America’s the Indians collected them off the beaches most notably along the Atlantic south east and California coast. The coquina is among the smallest among edible shellfish. So please enjoy this awesome clam.



We also have golden tile fish in from the Carolina’s. tile fish is a mild tasting fish harvested from southern New England to the Gulf Of Mexico. They mainly feed on crustaceans such as shrimp and crabs, and people often describe the tile fish’s sweet flavor to as similar to crab or lobster.




We have Mahi Mahi in from Guatemala. The are averaging 10 to 15 pounds each. Mahi Mahi means very strong in Hawaiian.

Fresh Virginia Wahoo in the house today, Whaoo if from the Hawaiian word "ono" which means "good to eat".  It is closely related to king mackerel.  It has a mild-sweet taste, firm texture, moderate fat content and large circular flakes when cooked.  The flesh is a beautiful white color and remains white when cooked.


Wild Cobia, a 70 lb Monster!  It's has a clean, firm yet moist white meat and is both sweet and richly flavored.  Like tuna, the meat from various parts of the fish has distinctive qualities and as such the fish has a large range of applications.

Good Morning chefs and buyers,


Moon fish have been moving quickly for us.  Moon fish, A.K.A. the Sea Angel is a cross between Pompano and John Dory. A thin circular fillet is what you can expect from this shiny tropical beauty. These fish are averaging 1 to 3 lbs. each and can be served the same way you would any tropical fish.



Permanently gaping at both ends, these brittle-shelled bivalves are named for their resemblance to old-fashioned straight edge razors. Their sweet flavor excels in ant recipe calling for clams.

Red Drum fish has a mild sweet flovor with firm and large moist flakes.  It is comparable to a red snapper.  It has fine texture and tender flesh, we may not have much to go around so please grab as much as you can as soon as you can.
