Wild Edibles Seafood Update

Good Morning Chefs and Buyers,

Today some really nice local John Dory showed up to our door, this fish is priced right and are big enough to produce a great yield. Also arrived in this morning are some monster 25 lb North Carolina red drum fish.  Rumor has it that some Virginia shad are starting to appear, this means the season for their amazing roe is around the corner.  We may have a first shot of it for this weekend so if interested let us know.  The halibut we received today is screaming fresh, good news is the price is starting to come down, this could be a good option for V-day.  Black seabass is sharp this week with prices remaining reasonable.  Local "lemon sole" has been coming to us in rigor form, please we beg you try this fish you won't be disappointed.
